Help Is Around the Corner At The EX

Feel free to visit any of our information booths while on-site at Capital EX. Guest services personnel will be available on the exhibition grounds and at one of the four booth locations located near all main gate entrances and the EXPO Centre. Get directions, assistance, daily schedule information and have all you questions answered.

Safe Parent House

The Safe Parent House presented by Cenovus Energy involves Northlands staff and Edmonton Safe Parent Association volunteers working together to provide a safe, temporary care location for lost children. Lost children are immediately escorted to the Safe Parent House to await pick-up from parents or guardians. Gate Greeters will be at the gates handing out stickers to put on your children in the event that they get seperated from you, be sure to fill out the contact information on the sticker so we can get you back with your child as quickly as possible. Stickers are also available at all Guest Services Booths and the Safe Parent House location.

Open daily from Noon to midnight.

Lost and Found

All items found on site can be turned into one of our Guest Services booths located at each gate entrance as well as in the Edmonton EXPO Centre. All items will be stored and can be claimed at Lost and Found which will be located at the EXPO Centre Guest Services location for the duration of Capital EX.
