Tupelo Honey replaces Theory of Deadman on TELUS Stage tonight

EDMONTON, AB – Capital EX and 100.3 The Bear are proud to welcome Canadian rock band Tupelo Honey to TELUS Stage tonight with guest Jordan Cook aka ReignWolf. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Theory of a Deadman will not be performing tonight.

Formed in St. Albert, Alberta, Tupelo Honey has opened for headlining acts including Sam Roberts and The Trews. Tupelo Honey will perform songs off their most recent album Caught Up in the Excess including “Pull me Closer” and “Last Thing.” Let’s welcome Tupelo Honey to this year’s Capital EX!

Sponsored by the Children’s Ability Fund, this free invitation-only community event has put lasting smiles on the faces of children with disabilities. Monday Morning Magic gives children the chance to experience the fun of Capital EX in a safe and controlled environment. With special appearances from local celebrities and sports heroes, children can enjoy the excitement of Capital EX in an exclusive and exceptional setting.

Deric Ruttan made his chart-topping debut with the release of his first single “When You Come Around”. His debut album, Deric Ruttan, was released later that year and produced a staggering five singles on the Canadian country music charts.
